HLTA Human Resources Council
The HLTA HR Council provides a collaborative space for HR professionals to share insights, address common challenges, and strengthen connections across Hawai‘i’s hotel and tourism community.
The Council focuses on key human resources topics such as labor issues, recruitment and retention, and advocacy efforts, while also serving as a conduit for HLTA initiatives including the Na Po‘e Pa‘ahana Awards and the HLTA Charity Walk. Members have the opportunity to network with fellow HR leaders, exchange best practices, and stay informed and engaged with important industry programs and priorities.
This council is open enrollment and welcomes HR professionals who are interested in contributing to and learning from a strong, connected industry network.
Annual dues are $100 to help cover meals and meeting venue costs. This fee will be added to your HLTA member profile and billed the same way as your HLTA membership dues.
