The Hawai‘i Lodging & Tourism Association is moving its offices from the 15th floor of the Waikiki Business Plaza to Suite 1702 in the same building, located at 2270 Kalakaua Avenue.
Mufi Hannemann, president and CEO of the trade organization, said, “It’s a long-overdue improvement that reflects the growth of the HLTA, particularly in the degree of activity among our members and staff. “We simply needed more exclusive space to accommodate our board of directors for meetings, visits from Neighbor Island representatives, planning for our numerous statewide events, and general business activities. The larger offices, which include a conference room, should prove to be a welcome benefit for our diverse operations.”
