On November 17, 2015 the Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association held its 4th annual Ka ‘Ikena Dinner at Kapiolani Community College. Nearly 100 people attended as we dined on delectable creations both made and served by the students of the KCC Culinary school. This event is an opportunity for our association to support the aspiring students of the KCC Culinary Arts program and it allows them the opportunity to showcase their talents. All proceeds from the Ka ‘Ikena dinner go to the Culinary Arts program. During the event the Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association also awarded its 2nd annual KCC Culinary Arts Scholarship to student recipient Adrienne Ishizu.
